02Assess · 2 weeks
Proof on your own data, before you commit.
For about two weeks we measure your real environment. We connect a temporary Elastic project read-only and nothing changes in production. Then we design the observability pack that fits your environment.

- Agree with you which critical services are in scope
- Collect logs and metrics and set a baseline for each service
- Analyse the data for blind spots, upgrade readiness and logging coverage
- Design the pack and size the Implement (S, M or L)
What you get
- A baseline report with at least 10 prioritised findings
- A performance baseline for each critical service
- An upgrade-readiness check and a NIS2 logging-coverage check
- A pack design with a fixed Implement quote
- A management presentation of the results
What we need from you
- A named application lead and an IT-ops contact
- Read access to the admin API and the log directories
- Your list of critical services
Good to know: The price and scope are fixed. Part of the Assess fee is credited if you order Implement within three months. The Assess is finished once we have presented the report to you.

Production-ready observability, in the size that fits.
We roll out the pack across all the environments in scope: dashboards, service levels, alerts and checks, all set up for your system. Because the pack is a product and not built from scratch, you get a fixed price and a short lead time.

What we need from you
- A host or Kubernetes namespace for the agent, plus change windows
- An alert channel and people to run the acceptance test
Good to know: You choose where it runs: Elastic Cloud EU, your existing Elastic, or self-managed / ECK. Optional extras are security content (detection rules and NIS2 evidence) and a self-managed platform build. Typical lead time is 3–8 weeks. After Implement you can move on to Run or hand everything over to your own team.

We keep it working and keep improving it.
Observability only pays off if it keeps up with your environment. We maintain the pack, tune the alerts and report to you every month, so the dashboards stay accurate after every upgrade or change.

Good to know: Service hours are Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 CET, and 24/7 cover is available on request. Contracts run for at least 12 months and renew each year. Add-ons are security monitoring and extra environments. We restore your observability; we do not fix incidents in the application itself.
